A few years ago, I decided to give plant-based whole food living a shot, and honestly? It’s been life-changing! For over 25 years, I battled insulin resistance and pre-diabetes, but at my last doctor’s visit—guess what? My blood tests showed I no longer have those issues. Talk about a win!

And it doesn’t stop there. I used to deal with high blood pressure and nagging knee pain, but now? My blood pressure is normal, and my joints feel better than they have in years. I’ve even been able to ditch all my prescriptions, except for my thyroid medication!
